About Our Quality System
Built on one principle: what you specified is what you receive
Every Copper Strip, Brass Flat, Aluminium Square and other conductor section manufactured at our works runs through the same ISO 9001:2015 certified process — regardless of order size. Documented checks at each stage, from raw material intake to final dispatch, keep chemical composition, conductivity and dimensional tolerance consistent across every batch supplied to electrical panel, switchgear and transformer manufacturers.
As a Member of the Bombay Metal Exchange Ltd., we also apply that same discipline to raw material selection — sourcing carefully tested domestic and imported metal so the properties our customers depend on start right at the input stage, not just at final inspection.

Raw Material Sourcing & Testing
Domestic and imported Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Tin and Nickel are tested against strict incoming benchmarks.
Precision Manufacturing
Advanced machinery and controlled rolling, drawing and extrusion processes keep every batch dimensionally consistent.
Quality Testing & Dispatch
ISO 9001:2015 quality checks and test certification, then pan-India dispatch — on schedule and to specification.

Every form we roll or draw carries the same ISO 9001:2015 quality checks, whatever the metal or section size. Approximate relative electrical conductivity shown for reference (%IACS, copper = 100); exact values are confirmed per batch on the test certificate.

Third-Party Inspection

Clients are welcome to nominate their own inspection agency, or we can arrange third-party verification through a recognised agency before dispatch.
- Incoming material control — every lot of Copper, Brass, Aluminium, Tin and Nickel is checked against its raw material test certificate before it enters production.
- In-process checks — rolling, drawing, extrusion and annealing stages follow documented in-process controls.
- Dimensional accuracy — calibrated gauges, callipers and fixtures verify sections, strips, busbars and wires against drawings.
- Test certification — finished goods are supplied with test certificates covering chemical composition and mechanical properties.
